Knowledge has over 16 years of local and regional experience in audit and corporate advisory having honed his skills, for more than a decade, at Deloitte & Touche South Africa and Zimbabwe and more recently at the Johannesburg-based FTMG Corporate Advisory Services, a firm he helped found in 2015. He has engaged clients in assignments ranging from Auditing, Accounting, CFO support, Financial modelling, Due diligence reviews, Capital raising, Business valuations, Financial turnaround strategy (corporate restructuring) and Internal controls improvement.
Knowledge has vast experience in the following sectors: Mining, Manufacturing, Agro-processing, Construction, Infrastructure development, communications, Industrial & Consumer Retail, Hospitality, Public Sector services, NGO and Donor funding.
